Chinese 5 Spice Marinade

Five Spice

 

Ingredients
3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Chinese 5 Spice
4 teaspoons honey
2 tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 TBSP sesame oil

Mix all ingredients together and use to marinate pork, chicken, firm tofu, beef of chopped vegetables.  Marinate several hours, or overnight, turning several times for full coverage of the meat.
